We are seeking a CRM Executive to optimize the customer lifecycle across markets, focusing on retention and safe responsible gaming. This role involves strategy, campaign creation, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sports & Casino communications and promotions strategy for the UK market, with a stronger focus on casino.
- Analyse customer data using Tableau dashboards, summarise trends and insights.
- Manage projects across the retention and marketing pipeline from planning to execution and reporting.
- Create and manage content with creative teams across email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, landing pages and the Betway website.
- Troubleshoot automated communication workflows and coordinate with external casino providers for new game releases and promotions.
- Schedule promotional and communications calendars with regional stakeholders.
- Profile players to develop specific segments and offers.
- Develop and deliver new communication workflows in collaboration with Compliance and CRMX.
- Review and report on communications, website content and game performance, collaborating with Analytics and Reporting Specialists on automated reports.
