Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
- Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
- Lead broader strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries and internal due diligence/strategic reviews.
- Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and customer cohort & unit economics analysis.
- Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, technology, and regulatory areas.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Maintain relationships with banks, advisors, potential targets, and industry participants, and attend industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
- Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments.
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and independent mindset.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- High agency, adaptability, proactivity, and positive can‑do attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university; Master’s degree preferred.
