What you'll be doing
The Senior Display and Programmatic Executive will be responsible for supporting the performance of the Group's comprehensive digital media campaigns across desktop, tablet, mobile and video. The fast-paced role will cover multiple existing media channels and campaigns including across Display and Programmatic.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and building media plans with a variety of different partners.
- Responsible for set up and deliver campaigns across all platforms making sure the ROAS are met/on target.
- Optimisation and monitoring of campaign variables to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded.
- Providing suggestions and optimisations for programmatic strategies, audiences and responsible for setting up PMPs and direct deals.
- Finding new ways to test and innovate within the channel such as defining A/B or multivariate testing, trialling new products, monitoring results and applying insight gained to other campaigns.
- Responsible for reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with country goals and KPIs, on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
- Build and grow the relationship with our existing and new media partners.
- Providing benchmarks for future campaign performance to aid business decisions.
- Offer technical support in trafficking and tagging in terms of troubleshooting.

Essential skills you'll bring to the table
- Strong experience running and optimizing successful Programmatic and Display Media campaigns in a competitive sector.
- Exceptional understanding of Digital ad technology with knowledge of multiple media buying platforms (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Display Networks, PMPs, etc.).
- High-level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalise on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Solid Experience in ad serving, tagging and tracking.
- Highly analytical, able to draw insights from complex data. Skilled at translating findings into clear, actionable strategies to enhance performance outcomes.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Demonstrate consistent behaviour with the organizational culture.
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve
- Great understanding of sports media landscape.
- Experience in iGaming.
- Understanding impact and measurement methodologies across TTL activities including display, audio, CTV, DooH.
- MMPs such as Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust etc.
- Experience in managing/working with agencies.
- Experience working across international markets (outside of the UK).
