How to prepare for a job interview at Betway Global

Know Your Payroll Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your payroll knowledge, especially around PAYE, NI, and auto-enrolment. Familiarise yourself with the payroll systems mentioned in the job description, like Workday or ADP, so you can confidently discuss how you've used them in past roles.

Show Off Your Attention to Detail

Since this role requires exceptional attention to detail, prepare examples from your previous work where your meticulousness made a difference. Whether it was catching an error in payroll or ensuring compliance with regulations, be ready to share these stories.

Communicate Clearly

Practice breaking down complex payroll concepts into simple terms. You might be asked to explain something technical, so being able to communicate clearly and confidently will set you apart. Think about how you would explain payroll processes to someone without a finance background.
