We’re a powerhouse built on decades of expertise and we’re changing the game for good. Our mission is to give our customers a superclass entertainment experience.

We’re evolving from a traditional marketing structure into a high-performance in-house creative and brand machine, producing world-class campaigns, social content, sponsorship activations and entertainment-led storytelling across multiple global markets.

Who we’re looking for

We’re on a thrilling journey of growth and innovation, and we need passionate, driven individuals to join us. At Super Group International, every day is action-packed, and we expect you to bring your A‑game. In return, you’ll find a supportive environment where your skills can flourish and your career can soar.

We’re looking for a Designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional taste and a genuine passion for craft. This is not a role for someone who simply executes layouts. We want a creative problem solver. Someone who understands visual storytelling, brand building and modern culture, and can bring ideas to life across campaigns, social, motion, digital and content ecosystems.

You should be equally comfortable creating premium campaign assets, developing social‑first creative, contributing ideas in brainstorms and helping shape the visual future of the Betway brand. If you’re hungry to grow, excited by sport, entertainment and internet culture, and want to build work that cuts through, this could be your moment.

Why we need you

We’re building experiences that wow our customers – and that starts with bold, curious people who want to do work that matters. We’re scaling our in‑house creative capability to support major global campaigns, sponsorships, social content and reactive marketing across multiple markets and partnerships including football, Formula 1, MMA, baseball and more.

You’ll help us:

  • Presenting creative thinking and design rationale internally and to stakeholders
  • Working comfortably within brand guidelines while helping evolve the visual identity of the brand
  • Supporting high‑profile sponsorship and ambassador campaigns across global sport and entertainment partnerships
  • Following creative workflows and project management systems across the studio
  • Managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast‑moving environment
  • Identifying new trends, tools and creative opportunities across sport, entertainment, design and internet culture
  • Using AI‑assisted creative workflows and tools to improve ideation, production and creative output
  • Helping evolve how AI integrates into modern creative production and design systems

What you’ll bring

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
