As a Graphic Designer you’ll be supporting the delivery of high quality creative covering campaign assets/design, product design, and promo/logo designs. This will help us excel at visual communication, to stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating visually impactful, well thought-out, on-brand designs.
  • Following design processes, including but limited to: Understanding and interpreting briefs, knowledge of workflow tools like Workfront and Monday.com, navigating our Digital Asset Management system, conceptualising, brainstorming, presenting your ideas.
  • Using a variety of design tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D packages, animation/editing software.
  • Working comfortably with brand guidelines.
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with remote teams.
  • Providing accurate time estimations on jobs that come into the studio and managing your time effectively.
  • Displaying a good working knowledge of responsive design and mobile first practices.
  • Championing design excellence across every job you do.
  • Identifying new design trends – ways of improving current creative.
  • Cultivating a great knowledge and understanding of the brand.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
  • Possess strong design and conceptual skills, as well as creatively being able to collaborate with others including brainstorming sessions.
  • Experience in creating new brand identities which work across all online and offline consumer channels and formats.
  • Excellent Typography/Layout skills.
  • HTML/coding knowledge.
  • Experience in presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in brand photography – from understanding of composition and lighting, as well as post-production process of retouching and layering for customisation.
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable working with brand guidelines, as well as helping create.
  • Highly skilled and experienced with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other creative software.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

  • Previous experience in the sports marketing industry.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming.
  • Good cultural knowledge of Emerging markets.
  • Sector experience.
  • Good knowledge of Bannerflow.
  • Wider knowledge of advertising / marketing.
