We’re looking for a Junior Designer with strong creative instincts, a passion for design and a desire to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting in delivering high-quality creative across digital, social, campaign and brand channels
- Creating visually engaging and on-brand design work with guidance from senior team members
- Supporting creative ideas and design solutions across campaigns and content
- Assisting with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts
- Working across social assets, reactive content and campaign toolkits
- Helping maintain visual consistency and creative standards across markets
- Collaborating with creative, marketing and production teams across multiple regions
- Participating in brainstorms, workshops and campaign planning sessions
- Staying up to date with design trends, sport culture, social behaviour and emerging creative tools
- Learning how AI can support creative ideation, production and workflow systems
- Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting reactive content around live sport, partnerships and cultural moments
