Join us as a Project Administrator at Bettys and Taylors Group. Our family business is home to three iconic Yorkshire brands – Yorkshire Tea, Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate. Are you organised, proactive, and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join Project Evergreen on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2027. This is a chance to play a key role in a major project with a collaborative team. If that appeals to you, we’d love to hear from you.
The role will offer hybrid working based from Harrogate (HG2 7LD). Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the shared mailbox, calendar responses, and messages promptly
- Arrange project activities, including meetings and events
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate availability for project activity
- Ensure arrangements are in place for project visitors
- Keep project artefacts and tools up to date
- Create and manage MS Forms questionnaires for the project
- Provide general support for key project activities
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
- Quick learner with a structured approach
- Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management
- Confident communicator who challenges constructively
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
