Bettys & Taylors in York is seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager to lead a busy cafe team and deliver the "deliciously magical" experience to customers.

You will report to the Front of House Manager and deputise in their absence, with 37.5 hours across 5 days including some weekend shifts.

The role requires cafe supervisory experience, strong team motivation, knowledge of food safety and health and safety, excellent communication, and the ability to work to labour KPI targets.
