Join us as a Maintenance Electrician at Bettys and Taylors Group. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our Group Property Services team, helping to maintain our diverse property portfolio and ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant and operating at their best. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality service.
What You Bring
- Experience working as an electrician within construction and building maintenance.
- Skilled in M&E PPMs, reactive maintenance, fault finding and minor installation work, with experience using and testing building safety systems such as fire alarms.
- Understanding of heating and ventilation system functionality is beneficial, with a willingness to further develop HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to carry out small plumbing repairs.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Clear communication skills, good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- A full UK driving licence (travel across sites required).
This role will take part in a planned on-call rota alongside the other team members, with additional pay provided on top of the stated salary banding for this time.
