An opportunity has arisen in our Front of House team, and we are looking for a Fixed Term Front of House Team Leader & Duty Manager to join us at Bettys Café Tearooms in Harrogate. This is a 9 month fixed term full time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days. The start and finish times can vary depending on opening hours of the branch, this may include some early mornings or later finishes with a normal shift length of 8.5 hours per day (no split shifts). You will be required to work at least one day at the weekend every week. If you would like to discuss working patterns, please provide more details in your application.

About You
You’ll have a background in customer service or hospitality. You’ll have experience in managing and motivating a team. You will have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others as we rely on our strong team ethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service. You will have the desire to learn all about our products and be able to confidently share your knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers. You’ll have some knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.
