Waiter/Waitress

An opportunity has arisen in our Front of House team, and we are looking for a Waiter or Waitress to join us at Bettys Northallerton. As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to deliver a magical experience for every customer while working at pace. This is a part-time role, working a minimum of 24 contracted hours over 4 days, including one weekend day each week. We offer various shift patterns with start and finish times staggered throughout the day, depending on the branch\’s opening hours. These shifts may include early mornings or later finishes. About You

You should have a keen interest in customer service and the ability to work efficiently. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality service. A passion for learning our menu dishes and sharing knowledge with customers is important. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality, is required. Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
