We are seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager to join our team at Bettys Cafe Tearooms in Ilkley. You will lead and support our Waiter/Waitresses and Front of House Team Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will deputise in their absence.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours over 5 days, including some early mornings, late finishes, and at least one weekend day. Shifts are approximately 8.5 hours, with no split shifts. Please specify your preferred working pattern in your application.

About You

  • Experience in managing and organising a busy cafe environment
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration
  • Experience working with KPIs such as labour budgets (preferred)
