Bettys & Taylors Group are looking for a Staff Café Assistant to join us at Pagoda Café where we provide high quality meals and café service to our employees, visitors, and contractors.
As a Staff Café Assistant you will work as part of a team to carry out a variety of day-to-day tasks required in the Staff Café to deliver to a high volume of employees throughout the day. Training will be provided.
The role involves:
- Food preparation and service
- Receiving deliveries
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Upholding our food safety standards and health and safety policies
- Assisting with KP duties
This role is for 40 hours, Monday to Friday. The shift pattern will be rotating between an early and late shift as below, some additional work is occasionally available on weekends.
- Week 1: 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Week 2: 12pm – 8pm (11:30am – 7:30pm on a Friday)
About you –
- You will ideally have experience of working in a busy kitchen.
- A good understanding of food preparation and cooking procedures.
- You will be a good team player, hardworking with a care for doing a good job.
