The team at our Craft Bakery in Starbeck, Harrogate are already busy planning for Christmas 2025, and we have an exciting oportunity for a Stores Assistant to join us on a temporary basis from October through to December.
As a Stores Assistant you will be based at our Craft Bakery where we make, bake, pack and distribute our much-loved Bettys products.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team and help out during our busiest time of the year. Here are some examples of the tasks you might be required to get involved with:
- Working in one of our bakery production teams making, baking and finishing some of our famous products, such as the iconic Fat Rascal.
- Carefully packing our freshly made and handcrafted products and applying the relevant information labels, in line with specification.
Prepping our finished products so and they can be safely despatched to our five café team rooms, ready to delight our customers.
Contribute to the maintenance of excellent hygiene standards across our site.
This is a part-time role working 24 over 3 days to include Saturdays and Sundays each week. This role works 5am - 12pm each day. If you would like to discuss working patterns please provide more details in your application.
About you
We are looking for someone who would like to be part of the 2025 Bettys Christmas magic and are available from mid October to December 2025.
You’ll enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment. No prior experience is required as we’ll provide you with all the training that you need.
