An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Taylors of Harrogate Finance team on a fixed term basis until the end of June 2027 covering an internal secondment. This role will support our Supply function at Taylors of Harrogate. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our cost of sales and raw materials, producing insightful reporting and partnering closely with Supply colleagues to drive improved performance. You will also play a key role in developing systems, reporting and processes that enhance efficiency and provide high-quality information to the business. This position is central to supporting both the Supply team and the wider Finance function with data, analysis and guidance relating to cost of sales.

- Develop and enhance reporting, systems and processes in partnership with systems colleagues, including embedding standard costing.
- Provide regular variance analysis to Supply teams, supporting understanding of performance and identifying corrective actions where needed.
- Produce accurate monthâend variance analysis, raw material stock analysis and control accounts, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Review and interpret General Ledger transactions for raw materials and packaging, ensuring correct treatment of writeâoffs.
- Own and maintain oversight of raw materials stock positions, preparing relevant commentary.
- Ensure robust processes and appropriate accounting treatments are applied across the business.
- Support annual audit processes and contribute to monthly/quarterly Supply KPIs.
- Provide data to Group for forecasting needs including foreign exchange and insurance.
- Work closely with Operations colleagues to forecast external capacity requirements.
