Role Overview: Working Hybrid 3 days in office Tues-Thurs out of our new London, Old Street Office. This role will drive product innovation through experimentation, creative thinking and deep understanding of player behaviour. As VP of Product - Play, you’ll be responsible for shaping the experiences that directly impact engagement, retention and long-term revenue. You’ll define what we build, why we build it, and how it performs whilst working closely with LiveOps, Data and Engineering to continuously evolve the player journey. This is a high ownership role with real influence, where strong product thinking and fast decision making will directly translate into measurable business impact.
