Role Overview: Working hybrid, 3 days in office Tues to Thurs from our London Old Street office. This role is about balancing growth with control as we scale, while enabling the rest of the business to move faster. As VP of Product BizOps, you’ll own the core platform across payments, fraud, compliance, and KYC. You’ll define what we build, how we operate, and how we scale efficiently in a regulated environment. You’ll be responsible for setting direction across some of the most critical parts of the business. These are areas that directly impact revenue flow, player trust, and overall performance. This is a high autonomy role where there is not always a clear answer. You’ll be expected to make decisions in complex environments, bring clarity where it is needed, and ensure we are building systems that support both speed and control.
