  • Building a robust Live Ops Backoffice platform that can support multiple regulated markets.
  • Building the infrastructure required to support our proprietary games.

You should be comfortable building platform-level products where the “user” is often an internal team, market operator, or third-party studio integrating with our systems.

Our Values

  • Bring the Olives
  • we offer premium customer experience
  • Think Big
  • we believe in always striving for more

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for a multi-market Live Ops platform, balancing central platform architecture with local market flexibility.
  • Define requirements for codifying complex metagame economies and making them easy to configure and operate.
  • Work closely with engineering to design a platform that scales across jurisdictions, including how data is transferred and processed between systems.
  • Support the build-out of our RGS, including game maths integration, certification and compliance workflows, and game session management.
  • Define product requirements for integrations with operators, aggregators, and third-party game studios.
  • Define and track platform KPIs, including market adoption, campaign time-to-launch, reliability, and uptime.
  • Translate technical constraints into clear roadmap trade-offs the business can act on, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Represent initiatives in leadership and steering committee reviews, reporting progress to the Group CPO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager working closely with backend/platform engineering teams
  • Experience with i Gaming, casino, sports betting, or another regulated real-money gaming vertical
  • Familiarity with concepts such as RGS architecture, RTP/RNG certification, game integrations, or Live Ops/CRM tooling (direct hands-on experience with one or more of these is a strong plus)
  • Comfort operating in a multi-market, multi-regulatory environment
  • Strong technical fluency — able to read API docs, discuss system architecture, and challenge engineering estimates credibly
  • Excellent written communication; you'll be producing specs and roadmap docs that engineering, compliance, and leadership all rely on
