About the role

We are looking for a strong performance marketing professional to support and execute user acquisition strategies across web, mobile app, or both, depending on experience. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in paid acquisition, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis. Experience in mobile app acquisition is highly valued, but we are also open to candidates with strong web acquisition experience who are comfortable working with funnels, tracking, and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the User Acquisition Lead in planning and implementing user acquisition strategies across web, app, or both.
  • Execute, optimise, analyse, and report on campaign performance across digital advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to produce engaging and high-performing advertising content.
  • Bring forward innovative campaign ideas and coordinate with stakeholders to execute them effectively.
  • Monitor performance across the full acquisition funnel, including traffic quality, conversion, registration, and deposit performance.
  • Work with tracking and analytics tools to ensure campaigns are measured accurately across web and/or app journeys.
  • Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse team of experts.

We are looking for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or paid media, ideally across web, app, or both.
  • Experience managing and optimising campaigns across digital ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, affiliate, or other paid channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnel optimisation, campaign testing, and revenue growth.
  • Experience with mobile app acquisition is a strong advantage, including working with AppsFlyer or another MMP.
  • For app-focused candidates: good understanding of iOS tracking, SKAN reporting, and non-consented user measurement.
  • For web-focused candidates: experience with GA4, event setup, custom reports, tracking troubleshooting, and web conversion analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, design, and external partners.
  • A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or another highly regulated digital industry.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, GA4, GTM, or similar tracking and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of North American markets, especially Canada or the US.
