Role Overview: Working Hybrid 3 days in office Tues-Thurs out of our new London, Old street Office. This role will drive product innovation through experimentation, creative thinking and deep understanding of player behaviour. As VP of Product - Play, you’ll be responsible for shaping the experiences that directly impact engagement, retention and long-term revenue. You’ll define what we build, why we build it, and how it performs whilst working closely with LiveOps, Data and Engineering to continuously evolve the player journey. This is a high ownership role with real influence, where strong product thinking and fast decision making will directly translate into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy across Play
- Drive engagement, retention and overall player experience
- Partner closely with LiveOps on promos, events and content
- Push teams from task execution to real problem solving
- Set standards for product thinking and decision making
- Work cross-functionally to deliver meaningful player outcomes
Requirements:
- Strong product builder background and experience
- Background in gaming (ideal) or consumer products with strong engagement focus
- Experience shaping clear product strategy, not just delivery
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of player/user behaviour, engagement and retention
Nice to have:
- iGaming experience
- CRM / lifecycle / MarTech exposure
