Betty is an innovative entertainment company pioneering at the intersection of real money online casino and casual mobile gaming. This is a pivotal role for TopCo (our group’s umbrella brand), designed to take full ownership of our external supplier landscape as we transition into a truly global operation. We are at a stage where our rapid growth allows us to command a much stronger position in the market, and we need a strategic architect to leverage this scale to craft the most competitive deals in the industry. The commercial framework established will become the universal standard used across the entire group. This is a 'build from scratch' opportunity to define how we interact with game studios, payment providers, and KYC vendors on a global stage.
Responsibilities:
- Build the commercial framework from the ground up, establishing the rules for how the business discovers, onboards, and manages external partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical suppliers, ensuring they deliver exactly what the internal brands require to succeed.
- Review existing deals to identify money-saving opportunities and reduce fees by leveraging multinational volume.
- Serve as the essential link between high-energy brand teams and technical suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned on the same strategic goals.
- Govern the 'Frame' of the ecosystem, ensuring every new partner fits within established quality standards and long-term brand direction.
- Scout the market for the next generation of games and fintech innovations that provide a genuine competitive edge.
