Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate analyst who can turn data into actionable insights. Working within the broader Live Ops and Monetisation teams, you will cover gamification, content, promotions and retention, helping to understand player behaviour and drive significant value throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively analyze player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience.
- Provide clear recommendations based on structured insights and explain how they impact players.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deeply understand business problems and drive the best impact.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor business‑critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Create new ways to measure value, constantly enhancing how we use data to drive strategy.
- Work with BI and data teams to ensure relevant data and dashboards are available to improve the level of insight provided.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and apply them to improve our analytics capabilities.
- Communicate effectively, explaining complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficient with Excel; Tableau experience also preferable.
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of online casino economics.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
