Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching).
  • Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.).
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
