Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Casino Operations Manager to take ownership of our game portfolio and casino operations. You will manage relationships with game providers, analyse performance, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to optimise the player experience. This is a hands-on role with strategic input, ideal for someone ready to grow into a leadership position while managing day-to-day casino operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the casino’s game portfolio to ensure smooth functionality and optimal player experience.
- Analyse game performance, player behaviour, and profitability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party game providers, including negotiating promotions, discounts, and exclusive releases.
- Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, and marketing teams to optimise the games lobby, support new game launches, and create engaging promotions.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the introduction of new game providers and gaming verticals, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering knowledge growth.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in online casino operations, game management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in managing and updating a game portfolio, including liaising with game providers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in player behaviour analysis and understanding lifecycle segmentation.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of projects and initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
