About the role

Reporting into the VP, Brand Marketing at Betty, the Brand Marketing Analyst will build the framework for measuring ROI on brand spend and serve as the analytical backbone of the brand marketing team, turning data from GA4, Google Search Console, Tableau, and Tracksuit into insights that make Betty's brand efforts sharper and more effective.

This is a measurement and insight-generation role, not a dashboard-maintenance role: you'll own the data, but your job is to tell the team what it means and what to do about it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a framework for measuring ROI on brand spend, connecting brand investment to downstream awareness, consideration, and business outcomes.
  • Pull and synthesize data from GA4, GSC, Tableau, and Tracksuit to build a consistent view of brand health and organic search performance across Ontario and Alberta.
  • Track brand awareness, share of search, branded search volume, and campaign lift, flagging trends and anomalies before they show up in a business review.
  • Translate GA4 and GSC data into clear, actionable recommendations for the brand marketing team, connecting organic performance shifts to specific campaign or content decisions.
  • Build and maintain Tableau reporting that gives brand, social, and partnerships teams a single source of truth on brand and search performance across both Ontario and Alberta.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-backed narratives that explain what moved, why it moved, and what to do next.
  • Monitor Tracksuit brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, preference) and surface shifts tied to campaign activity or competitive moves.
  • Partner with media, social, and partnerships teams to close the loop between insight and action, so recommendations actually change what gets shipped.
  • Identify and recommend new tools or methodologies to strengthen how Betty measures brand impact as the team and tool stack grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in brand analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field, with hands-on GA4 experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Search Console and comfort pulling and interpreting search data.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or a comparable BI/visualization tool, building reports other people actually use.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries independently rather than relying on pre-built reports.
  • Strong data storytelling skills: the ability to turn a spreadsheet into a narrative a non-analyst can act on.
  • Comfortable working with brand health tracking tools (Tracksuit or similar) and translating tracking data into recommendations.
  • Experience with share-of-search or competitive brand tracking analysis.
  • A curious, self-starting mindset, comfortable building structure inside a fast-moving, engineering-led organization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with media, social, partnerships, and leadership stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a regulated industry (i Gaming, financial services, pharma), including comfort working alongside compliance and regulatory review as part of the reporting cycle.

What we offer

  • Career and skills development opportunities
  • Fun and collaborative team environment
  • New modern office space

At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
