BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming operator who are based in London. They are looking for a UX Designer to join their growing product design team.

This role would join the growing global based team where the successful candidate will

enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment.

Job Purpose:

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with our client\’s UX Manager and you will be expected to

contribute to all aspects of design and execution including pitching ideas, conducting

interviews, creating wireframes, prototyping, and partnering developers to implement your

vision.

They are looking for a person who will be able to take a critical look at the products they are

working on and propose solutions that will provide the best user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify design problems, prioritise and design proposals for solutions based on your

experience and understanding of good UX design.

• Conduct research, map customer journeys and define requirements

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both

functional and beautiful

• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input

• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility

• Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency

• Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates

• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship

high-quality features

Requirements:

• Experience working in a web based company and understanding the workflows that

their role fits within to allow delivery of best in class websites.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in designing user experiences and building products;

experience in a startup, tech company and/or agile environment is a plus

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end

project work

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility standards

• A track record of using data/analytics to influence designs

• Understanding of business strategy and follow UX design best practices

• Proficiency in Figma

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional

teams

• A superior personal character and work ethic

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
