This is an opportunity to join a global company, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This would be well suited to a user-centred, strategic UX Designer who can confidently lead the entire design lifecycle, from understanding user needs through research to delivering polished experiences ready for development.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end UX process across web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery
- Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into thoughtful, usable experiences
- Plan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and beautiful
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship high-quality features
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input
- Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency
- Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility
- Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates
Requirements:
- Experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end project work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
- Working knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practices
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A track record of using data/analytics to influence designs
