BettingJobs is working with a well-established UK sportsbook operator to appoint a Customer Support Advisor. Joining a close-knit customer support team, this is a great opportunity for a service-focused individual with a passion for sport to deliver an excellent experience to customers across live chat, email and phone.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving enquiries with a friendly, professional manner and a strong problem-solving approach. The role is shift-based, covering 37.5-hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home) after a successful probation. It suits someone confident in handling issues independently before escalating, who enjoys helping people and has a genuine interest in sports betting.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across live chat, email and telephone with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, confidently dealing with problems before escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to customers on products, accounts and services.
  • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a close-knit, shift-based team covering extended hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that reflects the brand's standards.
