BettingJobs are working with a major European sportsbook and casino operator who have offices based in Prague. They are looking to set up new HQs in London and Madrid.
Current Opportunity: Seeking a Group Senior Insight Analyst to join a Commercial department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate performance measurement and a unified analytical approach across two business verticals and all active markets. The role focuses on delivering reliable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining consistency in KPI definitions, reporting, and evaluation at the Group level.
In cooperation with local and Group stakeholders, the role ensures effective day‑to‑day analytical support, drives opportunity assessment for new market expansion, and safeguards alignment in performance measurement methodologies across markets. This involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to provide high‑quality analysis, benchmarking, and readiness assessments, enabling informed and timely decision-making across the Group.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting suites, and performance monitoring tools for both verticals.
- Lead analytical strategy for Casino and Sportsbook, delivering high-impact insights on core KPIs and player behaviour.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into player behaviour, segmentation, VIP activity, and cross-sell flows.
- Evaluate CRM campaigns, bonus strategies, product features, content releases, and UX changes.
- Monitor real-time performance during major sports and gaming events, identifying anomalies and performance deviations.
- Standardise KPI definitions, reporting structures, and insight frameworks across all markets.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for performance fluctuations.
- Support country and product teams with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, and opportunity assessments.
What They’re Looking For:
- University degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of analytical experience (gaming, sportsbook, or digital product preferred).
- Fluent level of English, both written and verbal (at least C1 level).
- Strong experience with Python or R.
- Experience analysing large transactional datasets.
- Strong Power BI and SQL experience.
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Background in the gambling or entertainment business.
- Experience in multi-market/multi-brand environments.
- Knowledge of any CEE languages.
- Experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool.
