This is a senior role in a growing organisation that takes regulation seriously. It offers a hybrid setup from Glasgow, Scotland and the chance to shape howthe business runs compliance. You will lead day-to-day regulatory compliance and keep the business ahead of UKGC requirements under its remote casino licence. You will also act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. The role suits an experienced iGaming compliance professional who wants real ownership and influence and can be both hands-on and strategic. Responsibilities: Own and develop the compliance framework so the business meets all remote casino licence conditions and UKGC codes of practice Oversee compliance of RNG-based games, including testing, certification and technical standards Monitor regulatory change, assess its impact and lead implementation across teams Oversee AML, safer gambling and social responsibility controls Manage regulatory reporting, audits and correspondence with the Gambling Commission Advise product, marketing and operations teams on compliance risk Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team Requirements: Proven senior compliance experience in iGaming, ideally online casino In-depth knowledge of the UKGC framework, LCCP, RTS and AML obligations Understanding of RNG game testing and certification requirements Experience of regulatory audits and engagement with regulators Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders Able to work on a hybrid basis in Scotland #J-18808-Ljbffr
