BettingJobs are working with a very established iGaming affiliate company who operate fully remotely. Launched back in 2015, they are looking to bolster their commercial team with this Commercial Performance & GTM Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own partner and commercial performance reporting, including conversion trends and sales pipeline/funnel metrics.
- Model expected deal value and profitability to inform pricing and deal structure decisions.
- Lead the CRO workstream, identifying and implementing initiatives to boost conversion and retention.
- Translate both quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support GTM research and planning, keeping a pulse on competitor and industry trends.
- Deliver insights in a compelling, story-led format, ensuring sales and BD teams understand what the data means and what to do with it.
- Monitor implementation of recommendations and track their impact to ensure insights drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, BD, and Sales to embed insights into commercial strategy and deal execution.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of iGaming and digital performance marketing; direct industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine data, customer insights, and market research into a holistic view.
- Advanced Excel skills with confidence in building models, analysing large datasets, and presenting outputs clearly.
- A bias for action — you don’t just produce reports, you drive change and follow up on impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to craft a clear narrative from complex data.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline reporting, and commercial performance drivers.
- Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally to influence decision-making.
