BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of digital products and services in the iGaming industry, to find a skilled Sales Development Representative to join their fast-paced team in London (on a hybrid basis).
Responsibilities:
- Own all inbound and outbound lead generation and initial outreach.
- Drive sales opportunities across the business in partnership with the Head of Sales.
- Identify and develop new clients and markets within lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors.
- Build, manage, and report on a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and present clear sales reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
- Conduct discovery calls, create tailored sales propositions, and support project handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate sales databases, prospect knowledge systems, and ongoing outreach (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Support all sales and new business initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
- Comply with and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 ISMS requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or new business development.
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify prospects and market opportunities.
