BettingJobs is currently seeking a Product Owner – Marketing Technology for a growing iGaming business based in their central London office. As the MarTech Product Owner, you will own and drive the development, optimisation, and delivery of the marketing technology ecosystem, including player acquisition, retention, and engagement tools. This role would be well-suited to an experienced Product Owner with a background in Marketing Technology within the online sportsbook or casino industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the MarTech product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, marketing strategy, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritise features, integrations, and platform enhancements to optimise campaign execution, customer journeys, and marketing ROI.
- Define and manage the Bonus Engine roadmap, evolving API capabilities and reward mechanics to support campaign efficiency and player engagement.
- Act as the key link between marketing stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable, testable product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering to maintain API reliability, documentation, and deployment consistency across markets.
- Partner with data and tech teams to establish real-time data pipelines between marketing systems and the core platform, enabling event-based personalisation and fast campaign triggers.
- Partner with marketing and data teams to track attribution and retention metrics and maintain data structure consistency across platforms.
- Support the data and analytics teams in defining and implementing segmentation, audience management, and real-time personalisation strategies.
- Work with data teams to build predictive segmentation and reward mechanisms that inform targeting, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture with continuous experimentation and measurable performance tracking.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools where they enhance automation, audience segmentation, and personalisation capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Product Owner or similar role within the iGaming industry
- Excellent knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem
- Strong understanding of online casino and sports betting
