Role Purpose
Act as the commercial bridge between operations, product, finance, and external partners. Youβll protect margins, optimise supplier relationships, and support scalable growth through strong financial oversight, negotiation, and project management. You will future proof the commercial frameworks with a multi-channel approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams. Ensure commercial terms align with product and financial goals. - Reporting & Communication
Deliver regular performance insights and cost-saving updates. Act as key mediator in commercial disputes. Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial initiatives. Develop best practices and scalable processes. Validate supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies. Monitor cost of sales and identify savings opportunities. Lead contract execution and amendments with Legal. Negotiate terms that align with business objectives. Manage commercial response to gaming issues and disputes. Track and implement agreed recovery solutions. - Streamer & Game Development
Support commercial structuring of new games and partnerships. Track revenue performance and milestone delivery.
Requirements
- 4β7+ years in commercial and revenue-focused roles (within iGaming).
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Background in financial reconciliation, cost control, or revenue analysis.
- Experience handling complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and a confident communicator.
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of revenue models (e.g. revenue share, royalties, cost of sales).
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
