Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales process, including identifying and qualifying opportunities, building pitch teams, crafting differentiated proposals, managing contracts, tracking deal progress, and mobilizing engagement teams.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives while delivering value to the company.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering high-quality services.
- Collaborate with peers to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans, aligning business activities and investments for sustained account growth.

- Proven success managing accounts or portfolios with annual revenue targets of £5m+, building long-term, sustainable client relationships, and driving YoY revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes for clients, evidenced by business impact and client advocacy through positive NPS scores or equivalent metrics.
