BettingJobs are seeking a Head of Operations for an established and successful iGaming company who are looking to launch a new Crypto-first Casino and Sportsbook to complement their existing portfolio.
The Head of Operations will have proven experience in bringing successful cryptocurrency casinos and sportsbooks to the market and the ability to set up the structure and foundations to allow the operation to scale.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the core Casino and Sportsbook offering
- Identify and work with a range of suppliers to ensure the best available product on the market
- Work with marketing teams to ensure all communication and campaigns are on point
- Hire, train and develop a team to ensure the smooth running of the operation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bringing new crypto-focused casinos or sportsbooks to the market
- Excellent knowledge of crypto-first iGaming operations
- Strong knowledge of the crypto customer base and the ability to deliver a product to meet the needs of the customer base
