BettingJobs are working with an established European sports betting and casino operator. They have offices in Prague and soon to be opening HQ's in London and Madrid. Our client is seeking a Group CRM Strategy Expert to join their Commercial department, responsible for shaping the overall retention and engagement strategy across all brands and markets. Your focus will be on designing effective campaign lifecycle plans, optimizing reactivation approaches, and ensuring that retention efforts are cost-efficient and impactful.

This position is key to building strong customer relationship communication and driving collaboration between teams, while supporting the smart adoption of new marketing tools to maximize effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide support to junior colleagues and ensure the delivery matches our standards.
  • Contribute to process optimization (both internal and external). Ensure day-to-day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Create campaigns in the relevant system for all CRM activities according to monthly and quarterly plans, including email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programme and others as required. Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered and correctly set up.
  • Suggest continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required.
  • Ensure content sign off occurs on time (at least 24hrs prior to send).
  • Be proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilise all systems and tools. Stay up to date with new trends and developments across communications channels in e-commerce.

What They’re Looking For:

  • High/University education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online/multi-channel marketing, ideally in a matrix organisation.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both written and oral (at least C1).
  • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI.
  • It would be a bonus if you bring experience with online sportsbook and gaming products.
