The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy CEO, participating in high-level initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with strategic planning, project management, and operational initiatives across all departments.
- Conduct research, market analysis, and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
- Track, manage, and drive cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met.
- Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure action points are executed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing better workflows across the organisation.
- Draft professional communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
