BettingJobs are seeking an Executive Business Assistant for an established and successful iGaming company to join their team based in the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy CEO, participating in high-level initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with strategic planning, project management, and operational initiatives across all departments.
  • Conduct research, market analysis, and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
  • Track, manage, and drive cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring deadlines and business objectives are met.
  • Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure action points are executed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing better workflows across the organisation.
  • Draft professional communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation as needed (light, not primary focus).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional business environment (consulting, finance, marketing, operations, or similar).
  • Strong planning, organisation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Commercially minded with a good understanding of business drivers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
