BettingJobs are currently seeking a Director of Product for a London-based iGaming company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Product will be responsible for the development of a market-leading B2B product offering. This is a unique opportunity to drive forward a new division within a firmly established and highly successful gaming company. This role would be well-suited to an experienced Product professional with experience working in a B2B environment within the iGaming industry; knowledge of both Sportsbook and Casino would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product strategy
  • Control roadmap prioritisation, sequencing, and trade-offs
  • Ensure alignment with commercial, regulatory, and operational objectives
  • Oversee Casino, Sportsbook, and platform development
  • Ensure scalability, modularity, and external client usability
  • Lead and structure the Product function
  • Establish disciplined quarterly planning and release governance
  • Improve delivery predictability and release quality

Requirements

  • Senior product leadership experience within iGaming
  • Background in B2B and/or SaaS platforms
  • Proven ability to run multi-team delivery environments
  • Strong commercial and regulatory awareness
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills
