BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company, with offices in Cardiff. They are UKGC licensed and have 2 brands currently, soon to be launching a 3rd. They are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team based in Cardiff.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging digital assets for websites, paid media, email, and social campaigns.
  • Create cohesive brand identities for new and existing brands across all touchpoints.
  • Support campaign development with strong visuals for promotions, competitions, and sports-led events.
  • Develop templates and guidelines for internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent and high-impact creative output.
  • Take ownership of visual standards and ensure alignment with UKGC marketing compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital graphic design, ideally in betting, gaming, or entertainment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across ads, landing pages, banners, social media, and brand assets.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus).
  • Strong understanding of design for performance – ability to balance creativity with conversion goals.
