BettingJobs is working with a UKGC focused sportsbook brand, who are looking to add a Sportsbook Operations Exec to their team based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Providing top level customer service to our UK based customers.
- Profiling Sportsbook players based on account activity.
- Profiling Sportsbook 'defaults' using the appropriate analysis reporting tools.
- Assist the Customer Service team with all Sportsbook and Sportsbook wager disputes, settlements, re-settlements, and cancellations.
- Review Sportsbook account activities to approve/deny payout requests.
- Complete various site checks several times daily to ensure the accuracy of our Sportsbook and Sportsbook product.
- Able to run the Sportsbook product manually when necessary.
- Create and manage Future's lines for various sports.
- Perform regular Live Tracker Watch shifts, assisting Trading in spotting bad bets, syndicate betting and stale lines.
- Manual settlement checks across all Sports on a regular basis.
- Maintaining and monitoring Tableau reports to be used daily.
- Revision of Opponents/Players management upon every new Season across each Sport.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of sports and a keen interest in betting.
- Strong mathematical ability with a basic understanding of odds, percentages and probabilities.
- Willingness to work outside of standard 9-5 hours.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and detail orientation.
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding analytical and probing skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in decision-making ability.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Internet applications and all Operations facing tools within the company.
