Affiliate Manager

BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company. They are UKGC licensed operator who are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team based remotely in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new UK-focused affiliate partners.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance daily, ensuring ROI targets and acquisition KPIs are achieved.
• Analyse and report on affiliate activity, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Use analytics tools and dashboards to track performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
• Ensure affiliates are promoting current offers, events, and responsible gambling messaging.
• Support cross-channel promotions around major sporting events.
• Ensure all affiliate activity fully complies with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and ASA/CAP Code requirements.
• Conduct regular affiliate audits and monitor advertising placements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory purposes.
• Contribute to acquisition strategy and budget planning.
• Evaluate affiliate performance against market benchmarks.
• Stay up to date with UK betting trends, competitive analysis, and emerging affiliate technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in affiliate management within sports betting, iGaming, or online gaming.
• Strong understanding of UKGC compliance and responsible gambling advertising.
• Proven track record of managing CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid deals.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of key UK sports and betting markets.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have:

• Experience with affiliate tracking software (e.g. Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer).
• Understanding of CRM and player value analytics.
• Previous experience working in a regulated UK operator.
• Exposure to casino or cross-vertical affiliates (sports + casino).
