BettingJobs are working with a UK focused sports betting company. They are UKGC licensed operator who are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team based remotely in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new UK-focused affiliate partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate performance daily, ensuring ROI targets and acquisition KPIs are achieved.
- Analyse and report on affiliate activity, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Use analytics tools and dashboards to track performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver creative assets and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
- Ensure affiliates are promoting current offers, events, and responsible gambling messaging.
- Support cross-channel promotions around major sporting events.
- Ensure all affiliate activity fully complies with UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and ASA/CAP Code requirements.
- Conduct regular affiliate audits and monitor advertising placements.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory purposes.
- Contribute to acquisition strategy and budget planning.
- Evaluate affiliate performance against market benchmarks.
- Stay up to date with UK betting trends, competitive analysis, and emerging affiliate technologies.
Requirements:
- 2+ yearsβ experience in affiliate management within sports betting, iGaming, or online gaming.
- Strong understanding of UKGC compliance and responsible gambling advertising.
- Proven track record of managing CPA, Rev Share, and Hybrid deals.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of key UK sports and betting markets.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have:
- Experience with affiliate tracking software (e.g. Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer).
- Understanding of CRM and player value analytics.
- Previous experience working in a regulated UK operator.
- Exposure to casino or cross-vertical affiliates (sports + casino).
