BettingJobs are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Manager for a market leading iGaming company in their London office. The Senior Salesforce Manager will be responsible for reviewing the current operation, ensuring all tools are effectively used and systems are optimised. This role would be well suited to an individual with excellent working knowledge of Salesforce, ideally with experience in implementing and maintaining the system in an environment with 100+ users.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for multiple Salesforce environments.
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Manage upgrades to ensure up to date on the latest software versions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure system enhancements align with industry standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MIAW.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills - ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
- Experience with chatbot functionality, Apex coding, and Visualforce pages.
- Experience supporting a diverse customer base.
