Betting Jobs is partnering with a publicly listed leisure and entertainment group headquartered in Australasia as it expands its land-based operations, beginning with a strategic market entry into New Zealand.

This growth initiative is expected to support wider international online expansion plans in the future.

  • Director of Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology to join its team in either

Malta or London.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the data and analytics strategy, including governance and KPI definitions.
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-quality data architecture and a single source of truth.
  • Own data integration across internal teams and external vendors (CRM, payments, product, marketing, compliance).
  • Deliver end-to-end reporting and insight across commercial, product, marketing and risk performance.
  • Provide executive and Board-level reporting, enabling forward-looking decision support.
  • Define marketing measurement frameworks, tracking standards and key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, attribution, LTV).
  • Select and optimise martech and analytics tools, ensuring full ecosystem integration.
  • Deliver product and customer journey analytics across web and app platforms.
  • Lead experimentation and test-and-learn approaches across product, CRM and marketing.
  • Support analytics for risk, fraud, payments, AML and safer gambling.
  • Enable AI and advanced analytics use cases (e. g. personalisation, churn, CLV, optimisation).
  • Build and scale a lean data and analytics function and define future capability model.
  • Drive data literacy and embed a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in data, analytics or marketing technology.
  • Proven experience building or scaling analytics capabilities in digital or high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, governance, BI, KPI frameworks and reporting.
  • Strong experience in marketing measurement, attribution, CRM and customer analytics.
  • Experience selecting and managing data, BI or martech platforms and vendors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link insight to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, governance and responsible data use.
  • Experience within the i Gaming industry.
  • Experience in product analytics, experimentation, CRM personalisation or regulated analytics advantageous.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning or predictive analytics advantageous.
