Marketing Influencer & Affiliate Executive
We’re BetterYou, a multi-award-winning, B-Corp certified health company, on a mission to fill the gaps left by modern diets and lifestyles with smart nutritional support. The brand is rooted in science, we pioneered the development of vitamin oral sprays and topical magnesium, designing a range of products to overcome the absorption challenges experienced with traditional tablet and capsule supplementation.
The Opportunity
We\’re on an exciting growth journey and digital commerce is at the heart of our future success. Social media is a powerful tool in our strategy, connecting us with new audiences, amplifying our brand and showcasing our products and experiences across platforms like Meta and TikTok Shop.
To accelerate this momentum, we\’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Affiliate Executive to take ownership of our affiliate strategy and scale it at speed. This is a brand-new role in our agile, tight-knit Brand team and an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and shape the future of our affiliate programme from the ground up.

What will you get up to?
- Implement BetterYou’s affiliate marketing strategy – review, analyse and optimise approach as the BetterYou brand evolves
- Support Tik Tok growth ambition and delivery of the annual sales target by developing and managing the affiliate programme and revenue generation
- Have a solid understanding of affiliate networks and how to use them
- Support the day-to-day management of affiliate programmes, managing numerous publisher relationships, developing the channel, and supporting the Social Media Manager
- Manage end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain affiliate relationships
- Ensure publisher selection is in line with company’s core values and strategy
- Ensure briefing process is executed as thoroughly as possible – so that product information, themes & messaging within the publisher content aligns with the company\’s communications and wider marketing plan
- Ensure any activity is shared for amplification across other marketing channels
- Work cross-functionally with internal brand and e-commerce teams as well as external agency
- Report regularly on campaign success, challenges and propose optimisations
- Track and monitor competitor affiliate strategies
- Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in affiliate marketing
- Agency experience or in-house experience considered
- Ideally experience within health, beauty, FMCG sectors
- Ideally experience using AWIN platform
- Ideally have a sound understanding of and experience in TikTok Shop affiliates management
- Energy, ambition and motivation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to source, build and maintain relationships
- Tireless drive, energy and motivation to deliver above and beyond targets and plans

- A genuine interest in health and wellbeing
- Ability to cope with the wide range of tasks and challenges that come with the growth of an ambitious, market leading business
