Design and manage sandbox and trial environments that give prospective customers more understanding of our technology, which can drive better performance management and business outcomes. Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and IT standards, including supporting InfoSec and procurement reviews.
- Customer Success Partnership: Support early customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to services. Act as a trusted advisor to HR executives, helping them articulate the ROI of performance management initiatives and measure outcomes tied to engagement, retention, and productivity.
