Bettervits is one of the fastest growing in its industry and we're on a path to becoming the #1 vitamin brand in the UK. Having served millions of happy customers, we operate with speed, creativity and performance. Our culture is built on ownership, trust and results. No micromanagement, just high standards and people who love what they do.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to take charge of our paid social strategies. This isn’t traditional marketing — it’s performance-led, commercially driven, and directly tied to sales. You’ll own and execute a 7-figure budget to lead growth strategy centered around high-converting content, rapid creative testing, and constant optimisation. You’ll analyse what content actually converts, build revenue-focused briefs, and scale UGC, brand-led and storytelling campaigns that drive measurable results. Working closely with creative, paid media, and wider teams, you’ll be responsible for adding fuel to our paid acquisition engine.

The Profile

  • Proven experience driving significant performance results through paid social creative (Meta, TikTok, etc.), with clear impact on revenue and CPA.
  • Strong background in building and scaling performance-driven creative strategies, not just producing content but owning what converts.
  • Experience managing high-volume creative pipelines (e.g., hundreds–thousands of ads per month), including testing frameworks and iteration cycles.
  • Deep understanding of what makes ads convert — hooks, angles, messaging, formats, and how to systematically find and scale winners.
  • Hands-on familiarity with paid social platforms and ad mechanics (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), including how creative influences delivery and performance.
  • Highly commercial and data-driven — fluent in metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and able to optimise creative based on performance data.
  • Exceptional communicator and operator — able to brief creators/designers clearly, manage output at scale, and align with paid media teams.

The Responsibilities

  • Analyse paid social performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to identify what’s working — using metrics like hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to extract actionable insights.
  • Translate data into clear creative direction — identifying winning formats, messaging, and customer pain points that drive conversions.
  • Develop high-converting ad concepts and scripts — including hooks, angles, and full funnel creative aligned with DTC customer journeys.
  • Lead creative production by briefing UGC creators, influencers, and editors — ensuring output is optimised for performance and scalability.
  • Build and manage high-volume creative pipelines — maintaining asset libraries and enabling rapid iteration across winning concepts.
  • Own the testing roadmap — running structured A/B tests, iterating on winners, and continuously improving performance through data-driven experimentation.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
  • Experience working in high-growth, paid social-led DTC brands.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to inform creative decisions.
  • A portfolio of direct-response ad concepts, scripts, or campaigns that delivered measurable results.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid creative.
  • Experience briefing or directing creators, influencers, or UGC production.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills — able to present insights and defend creative decisions with data.

The Rewards

  • Fully remote – work from anywhere.
  • Competitive Compensation Package.
  • Flexible working environment – results > hours.
  • No micromanagement – full ownership and trust.
  • Fast-paced, ambitious team culture.
  • Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling environment.
